the road transport
to the public of the Uttar Pradesh State. And
the motive of the
UPSRTC is to improve
the quality of people services and to provide the best and
cheaper transport for the public.
The Web Enabled Client Server Based
Inventory Management &
Parts Tracking System for U.P. State
Road Transport Corporation [UPSRTC]
would follow the purchase rules and instructions given by
the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. This software helps in managing
the Purchase and Distribution of items at Depot level, Regional
level and Central Store Level.
This software provides the monitoring of on-line transactions
like demand from the workshops, items/parts procurement
procedure through tender process,
life cycle of the items/parts, depot performance
and maintenance of buses at depot & regional level. This
software also provides the on line Tender Procedure for
the Suppliers. This software will also help in managing
and relocating the dead stock in the depots of UPSRTC.
The main features of this software are Electronic Printing
of Purchase Orders, On-Line Pending demands and supply schedule
of items, Life Cycle of the Parts.
