Inventory of the each stores exists in 125 Regional & Depot Workshops of UPSRTC
in entire state of Uttar Pradesh.
- IMPARTS prepares the transparent system for minimum material procurement and optimum
utilization. It also maintains the Demand and its Supply schedule of items as per
Last Consumption Forecasts.
- IMPARTS Calculates the Life cycle of all unique parts and helps in taking decisions
for Material Procurement.
- IMPARTS helps in analyzing performance of Items, Vehicles and Depots as per the
requirement of the management .
- IMPARTS also monitors the Diesel consumption and Tyre performance since both are
directly effecting the profit of the organization.
