  1. IMPARTS is a Web Enabled Inventory Management System to manage and maintain the Inventory of the each stores exists in 125 Regional & Depot Workshops of UPSRTC in entire state of Uttar Pradesh.
  2. IMPARTS prepares the transparent system for minimum material procurement and optimum utilization. It also maintains the Demand and its Supply schedule of items as per Last Consumption Forecasts.
  3. IMPARTS Calculates the Life cycle of all unique parts and helps in taking decisions for Material Procurement.
  4. IMPARTS helps in analyzing performance of Items, Vehicles and Depots as per the requirement of the management .

TIME TABLE AND VEHICLE SCHEDULING SYSTEM UPSRTC
 
  1. There is multiple-depot, multiple-vehicle-type scheduling problem which arises in state road transport corporations and aims to assign buses to cover a given set of timetabled trips with consideration of practical requirements, such as multiple depots, multiple vehicles of different types, multiple routes, passengers, multiple stations as well as depot capacities.
  2. An optimal schedule is characterized by maximum utilization of resources such as current fleet size with minimal operational costs including costs for empty movements and waiting time.

  2. The main objective of Time Office is to manage duty allocation of Drivers and Conductors on the basis of their performance on the available Vehicles and Routes to obtain the optimum utilization of resources.
